Surprise Surprise is a 4-part program based on a composite of GA incidents involving pilot responses to system/component failures. The program explains the hazards associated with owner/operator performed aircraft maintenance, introduces Startle Response to emergent situations, and reviews good and bad examples of ADM & risk management.
