
The Brown family, owners of Hartzell Aviation for the past 37 years, has decided to sell the operation to private equity firm Arcline Investment Management. The sale is to be finalized some time in the next 30 days. Hartzell Aviation has three businesses under it’s umbrella, Hartzell Propeller, Hartzell Aerospace Welding and Hartzell Engine Tech, makers of various engine accessories from engine mounts to exhaust systems and turbochargers.
