The Placerville IMC Club Coordinator sent this to 50 EAA Chapters in northern California and parts of Nevada and Oregon to invite IMC coordinators and others interested in this program to join them for the kick off of their IMC Club.

Placerville’s Hangtown EAA chapter 512 will host it’s first IMC club meeting Tuesday March 7th 2017 at 7 pm at their hangar on Placerville airport (KPVF). This is a fly or drive event for those wanting to attend. Placerville is located east of Sacramento on the SFO sectional.

Radek Wyrzykowski will be there, from Oshkosh headquarters, to kick off this event for the chapter. Mr. Wyrzykowski started the IMC, & VMC programs for EAA. This is a very good way for pilots to share experiences.

The format normally starts off with a brief scenario of a flight that becomes “iffy” and is then opened up to discussion of what would you do? This has a great potential to enlighten all pilots whom wish to participate in a one to two hour gathering.

Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Everyone is invited

Dick Wampach is the IMC Coordinator for EAA Chapter 512 (530-306-1730)
