There is now a course online at FAASafety.gov that teaches you all that you need to know about the new Airmen Certification Standards (ACS).

The ACS is an enhanced version of the PTS (Practical Test Standards). It adds task-specific knowledge and risk management elements to each PTS Area of Operation and Task. The result is a comprehensive presentation that integrates the standards for what an applicant needs to know, consider, and do in order to pass both the knowledge test and the practical test for a certificate or rating.

ALC-449: Understanding Airman Certification Standards (ACS) is the name of the course and the link will take you to the page which reviews the course content. You must log in to your FAA Safety.gov account to actually take the course. The course is free and you do receive Wings credit for satisfactory completion.
