Beginning Jan. 13, 2020, any applicant who wishes to take an FAA knowledge test will be required to possess an FAA Tracking Number (FTN).

The FTN is an 8-digit unique number assigned to each registered user in the FAA’s Integrated Airman Certification and Rating Application (IACRA) system.  To obtain an FTN in IACRA, applicants will need to register at iacra.faa.gov

The FAA will host  webinars to explain the new testing system, including the FTN requirement. Click on one of the times below to register for a webinar.
